Genesis Internship Application
The Genesis Internship is for hard-working and driven young adults who are ready to gain valuable ministry experience while developing in their leadership.
Genesis is currently seeking young adults who are passionate about making ministry a full-time calling but may not have full-time ministry experience. Interns will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders in ministry and work in a team environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Our internships are designed as full-time "residency" programs designed to give you the opportunity for:
- Personal coaching: Receiving coaching and discipleship from a dedicated member of our pastoral team who will invest wisdom into your life through regular one-on-one connection.
- A growth environment: Absorb the culture of Genesis Church, becoming part of our team, joining our staff and pastors in all aspects of ministry, including staff meetings, strategy and leadership development, church business, and more.
- Future focus: Learn about your unique skills and gifts and develop a vision and purpose for your life.
- Real world experience: Gain experience and learn skills that are required for professional growth and success, in the church and marketplace.
- Pursuing your passion: Choose an area of ministry to explore at a deeper level, including Worship, Creative, Student Ministry, Kids Ministry, Pastoral Leadership, and more.
Interns are eligible for a monthly stipend of $500-$1500, depending on the type of internship.
We currently offer 6 and 12-month internship opportunities.
